I love posting good news -- and this month I have some. After a rough start in January I started weight watchers on January 5th and started working out with a trainer on January 25th. I have to make a change in my life. When I went to work out on Friday February 1st I jumped on the scale in the gym. WOW! I was down 11 pounds since I was in the doctors office on January 4th. AND, my blood pressure is down. It's not normal but it's not near as high.
I'm so happy. I have to keep going. Let's see if I can loose another 11 pounds in February.

Kristin - I'm so relieved things are looking better for you! I'm also proud of you AND envious! I am back at Curves again as well as I have taken up belly dancing. I've been at Curves since early Dec & have not dropped a single pound, although lost 4 inches. I don't know how you are doing it but WAY TO GO!! You are doing awesome & I expect will continue to do so!
